I'm surprise that my St. Honore photo is on the cover of Pastry & Baking North America, volume 2 issue 3 2008. Three months ago, the editor contacted me that he'd like to have my recipe and photo in his magazine. I thought it was going to be inside the magazine only. This is a real surprise!
