basil-beetroot French macaroons...


for the shell
- 67 g almond flour
- 67 g powdered sugar
- 5 g basil powder
- 50 g egg whites
- 67 g sugar
- 16 g water
- 5 g beetroot powder, for sprinkle

for the filling
- 50 g heavy cream
- 30 g beetroot powder
- 60 g white chocolate, chopped

wow, I love your macaroons recipes.Till now I made the hazelnut praline and the chocolate blue cheese macaroons and I am planing to make the postashio and I guess this is gona be next.Please keep the flavor combination coming.Thank you.
