coconut-black sesame French macaroons...


To make it clear and not confusing, I will call these little guys in full name "French macaroon" instead of macaroon from now on. :)

They look delicious.I can't wait to try this one.Thip do you grind and sift the nuts yourself? because I do and for me this is the most difficult step.If not and you have a source for ground hazelnuts and almonds please let me know.

I want to try your 3 recipes of "french macarons", but I only need ... time. My husband offers me for my birthday a cooking lesson about macarons at "Lenôtre" a famous french "pâtissier" in Paris, it was great: I now all the secrets, but I want to try new fillings. Yours seem so tasty!
