My boss suggested I should make smoked paprika French macaroon. Here's the recipe.
Ingredients
for the shell
- 67 g almond flour
- 67 g powdered sugar
- 67 g sugar
- 16 g water
- 50 g egg white, room temperature
- pinch of salt
- pinch of powdered color, orange
- 5 g ground smoked paprika for sprinkle
for the filling
- 100 g heavy cream
- 5 g ground smoked paprika
- 125 g dark chocolate

Did you like the floavor combination? that sure looks yummy.
I can't say if I like it enough to make it again, but the flavor combination is really interesting as you will taste the smokey flavor of the paprika from your throat through your nose. It's kind of fun and I liked that.
this is very interesting, i like the colour, I wonder will it be great if we replace paprika with chilli powder and flakes. :) Hot Macarons?
