This custard is delicious whether you eat it alone or with sweet sticky rice. The recipe is very simple, only take 30 minutes. I flavor the custard with jasmine extract--vanilla, pandan or rose can be use too.
- 100 g coconut milk
- 65 g palm sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 g salt
- 5 g jasmine extract
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl by hand.
2. Strain into prepared ramekins or heatproof dishes
3. Stream for 20-30 minutes or until the custards are set. Test with a toothpick.
