Ingredients:
2 servings
- 1/2 lb angle hair pasta, cooked
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp dried red chilies ground hot chili
- 1 tsp fish sauce fish sauce
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation:
1. Heat oil, then stir in chicken and cook for a minute.
2. Add the rest of ingredients, except cooked pasta.
3. Stir until chicken is done.
4. Add cooked pasta and toss well.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
