- 300 g raspberry juice
- 1 g agar agar
- 1 sheet bronze gelatin, bloomed
- 12 fresh raspberries
1. Bring raspberry juice and agar agar to a boil.
2. Remove from heat, stir in bloomed gelatin.
3. Pour half of the juice into prepared mold, then add raspberries. Chill.
4. Pour the rest of juice into mold, chill until set.
