avocado smoothie...

This is an awesome drink, very simple and yet delicious!

Ingredients:
makes 2

- 1 avocado
- 250 g milk, very cold
- 30 g maple syrup
- pinch of salt

Preparation:

1. Peel the avocado and remove stone, then cut into small pieces.
2. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

My parents make this with sweetened condensed milk and ice. Btw, I like the new look of the site! :)

I know most Asians make these smoothie with condensed milk. I want to make it lighter since avocado is really rich. :)

This is absolutely great! My favorite next to strawberry smoothies! To break the richness I actually use a lot of crushed ice there, lol! I like my smoothies a little thinner, easier to drink and of course you don't feel too heavy afterward. Yum, now I'm craving for one! :)
