get ready for fourth of july...

Raspberry Sherbet

Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh raspberries
- 100 g low-fat milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 lemon juice

Preparation:

1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
2. Strain.
3. Churn and freeze.


Cherry & Coconut Gelee

Ingredients:

- 200 g cherry juice concentrate
- 20 g sugar
- 2 sheets gelatin, bloomed

Preparation

1. Bring half of the juice and sugar to a boil.
2. Stir in bloomed gelatin.
3. Stir in the rest of the juice.
4. Pour into prepared glass.
5. Chill.

Note: follow the same instruction for the coconut gelee.
