- 500 g coconut milk
- 100 g sugar
- 30 g sesame flour
- 2 sheets gelatin, bloomed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Bring coconut milk, sugar and sesame flour to a boil.
2. Remove from the heat, add bloomed gelatin and extract.
3. Cool the mixture down in an ice-bath.
4. Pour into prepared molds, refrigerate until set.
