- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 oz. pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a mixer until well blended.
3. Add puree, spice, extract and egg.
4. Pour into prepared mold.
5. Bake it in the water-bath until center is almost set.
