it looks like you froze the baking sheet first or something. that seems very creative but I wonder how it would affect the insides of the macaron
Actually, that white spot was the powdered sugar. I sifted almond flour and powdered sugar on the silpat and I didn't clean it up before he did piping on it. :)

I live in Indonesia now and wanted to make another macaron but it was failed. would u mind giving me some advice? thank you very much :)
maybe the weather? try using Italian meringue method instead of French meringue method...
