Since Mark and I got an invitation to Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, I just want to make sure I'll have my best dessert to share with them. I couldn't decide between a sweet potato pie or a pumpkin croissant bread pudding.
I ended up making a sweet potato pie yesterday. Normally, I don't use any recipes from this site, unless the recipes are tested by him or her and him. For some reason, the filling didn't taste right to me. It was a bit on the sour side from the yogurt. I can fix this easily by substitute whipped cream for yogurt. So I think we're going to have a sweet potato pie for dessert tomorrow. :)
