fresh mozzarella tomato basil salad...

I have fresh Mozzarella left from making a pizza last weekend that made a wonderful salad for me today. :)


- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 6 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil


1. Arrange tomato and mozzarella alternatively on the plate with basil leaves.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

I just found your blog and am so surprised more people have not. It's absolutely lovely and your recipes and photos are simply amazing!!

I would love to attend culinary school someday, even if for my own benefit to become a better baker.
