Thai bbq chicken wings...

Living here with my husband and a dog, there are two things in Thailand I miss the most beside my family--gai yang and som tom. Since we just bought a charcoal grill, it is a perfect time to make my first gai yang at home. Here's the recipe.

- 10 chicken wings
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cilantro roots
- 4 bird's eye chilies
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tbsp. white sesame
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 lime juice

1. Combine all ingredients together in a food processor to make the sauce.
2. Marinate the wings with the sauce, cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
3. Bake or grill.
