chocolate bacon macarons...


Forget making your macarons like the ordinary ones, go extremely with the flavors like chocolate blue cheesetom yam or these chocolate bacon macarons. Do something fun, unexpected and creative. :)


Chocolate Bacon Ganache
- 100 g heavy cream
- 30 g bacon bits
- 120 g milk chocolate, 41%


1. Bring cream and bacon to a boil, remove from heat and infuse for 15 minutes. Strain and discard the solids.
2. Bring the cream back to simmer, remove from heat and stir in the chocolate.
3. Pour into piping bag and let it set in the fridge.
