cashew financiers...

with apricot preserves...

Instead of almond flour, I used cashew flour this time. If you'd like to make these, just follow this recipe. You can also replace almond flour with hazelnut flour or pistachio flour etc. I think I'm going to use pecan flour next time. =)

By the way, it's a Macaron Day this Tuesday. Come by around afternoon and sample two different flavors of macarons if you plan to be in Mission neighborhood. I might have some financiers and cream puffs for you too. Treats are limited quantities, first come-first served!
