I love the taste of homemade jams, they're so refreshing, light and simple. Every year I ask my friend to keep some for me whenever she makes them in her kitchen. This year she came over to my kitchen, and made these apricot cardamom jams. She's also selling her jams, contact her directly if you're interested--half of them, apricot cardamom and cherry amaretto are already sold out.
