Ingredients:
makes 4 (8 oz.)
- 24 oz. fresh cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 orange zest
- 1 lemon zest
- 3 sticks cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium high heat. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until the cranberries pop.
2. Lower the heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. Pour into sterilised jars, leaving 1/4" head space. Wipe rims and apply lids.
4. Process in a boiling water for 10 minutes.
