- 3 ripe plantains, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 tbsp. salted butter
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. dark rum
1. Heat peanut oil and butter in a pan over medium heat until the butter begins to melt.
2. Add plantains to the pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn over.
4. Add rum and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
