- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1/4 cup Korean dried anchovies
- 2 tbsp. Korean chili paste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
1. Heat the oil over medium high heat.
2. Add onion and cook until beginning to soften.
3. Add kimchi, anchovy and chili paste. Cook for a minute.
4. Add rice and salt. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve with fried egg.
