With the great use of sodium alginate and chloride technique.<BR/><BR/>Almost three years ago, I went to WD-50 in NYC when Sam Mason was the pastry chef. He made one whimsicle dessert look like sunny side egg, made from coconut (egg white) and yolk part( carrot juice). When cut up with spoon, it look like liquid york.
